In order to attract more woman into the Financial Services Workplace,Organizations must make diversity, equity, and inclusion part of their Core Culture and mission.
There needs to be a Strategic plan in place to contribute to the diversity of the industry and determine what steps they can take to give back to the profession and the community of Women.
Although there are mortality tables to support that women live longer and that they will inherit tremendous wealth in years to come, reaching out to them must be entwined in “on-boarding ” new and existing clients and must become part of your everyday core competency.
